These terms apply when you send photos or other content to XYRO through the Site (fan photos, member gallery submissions and similar).
1. It has to be yours
Only send content you created or have the owner’s permission to share. Anyone clearly identifiable in a photo should be okay with it being shared. Don’t send photos where a child is the main subject.
2. What you let us do
You keep your copyright. By submitting, you give XYRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, crop, resize and share your content on the Site and XYRO’s official social channels, with credit to the name or handle you give us. We won’t sell your photo or use it in paid advertising without asking you first.
3. Review
Every submission is reviewed by the band. We may choose not to publish something, and we don’t have to say why. We strip location and camera metadata from anything we publish.
4. Not allowed
Nudity or sexual content, hate, harassment, graphic violence, illegal content, other people’s private information, malware, spam, or anything infringing. Breaking this can get you blocked.
5. Changing your mind
Email contact and we’ll remove your published content within 10 business days. Copies already shared by others on social platforms are outside our control.
